Shift Manager

$16 - $22 PER HOUR

Description:

• As a shift supervisor, you support the store management team to maintain The Fridge brand by delivering best in class service selection and value to our customers. You will oversee cashiers and merchandisers

You will:

• provide customer service by greeting and establishing a relationship with customers while informing them of our products and services
• Open and Close the store
• Help with training and leadership of the team
• oversee cashier, merchandising and sales floor activities
• Participate in wine, spirits and beer training to become familiar with the stores products
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards on the sales floor, stock room, bathrooms etc.

Requirements:

• Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 6-8 hours a day
• Climb ladders and lift 50 lbs.

Ideal Candidate:

• 21 years of age or older
• Ability to work a full time schedule
• Experience using technology applicable to the position
• 1 year retail sales, customer service or hospitality management.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude
• Desire to develop knowledge of product and services
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
